Deadline Evidence Analysis 2026 11 01

Sharp Ninja edited this page Nov 1, 2026 · 1 revision

Stopped-release retrospective evidence analysis. Only handoff, deadline retrospective and accounting work is authorized. Parent Codex-20261027T100516Z-plugin-session / req-20261101T113149Z-stop-handoff-deadline-report. Own Codex-20261031T142951Z-plugin-session / req-20261101T113943Z-stopped-deadline-evidence. No release action, test, build, model, provider, authentication, deployment or requirement change was performed. This sanitized report contains no raw reviewer stream, private profile, credential, model reasoning or server-availability assertion.

Conclusion (inference from the bounded artifacts): the failure was cumulative critical-path management, not one remaining UI bug. Earlier reviews repeatedly warned that local passing tests, source hashes and corrected individual lines did not establish the whole user outcome. On October31 actual higher-capacity tests still failed, a hosting migration-catalog omission was repaired, and public review receipts required privacy correction. After the final exact-source local gate passed at17:55:47, the remaining calendar day was consumed by incomplete reviewer execution, evidence-delivery/control repair and retries. The last review still stopped with admitted unread requirements/reports and70/55 after midnight. This is not proof every minute was spent only on those activities; provider/publication/other work could overlap. It is not a claim the user had not previously instructed shipment. Backup's native user-message timestamp investigation is authoritative for that question; no time for 'just push', 'deploy' or 'stop' is inferred from later assistant logs.

Earlier warnings before deadline day

  1. Oct28 20:13:35, Claude round1,92/88 DISAGREE: F1 found the GitHub owner profile was public without an opt-out. It explicitly noted a prior PostgreSQL extra-row failure followed by cleanup changes instead of product analysis; exact row identity remained an inference. F3 identified incomplete TR/TEST carriage and duplicated criteria. F4/F5 required reproducible adapter evidence and tests on final bytes. This is a real product/privacy issue plus warning against fixing the test symptom.
  2. Oct28 21:04:05, round2,95/94: G1 found planner changes escaped the privacy slice's mock/provenance scope, and final test bytes lacked a typecheck. G2 found35tracked files omitted from the source manifest. The reviewer verified mitigating byte history, rather than claiming every omitted file was defective. The product privacy fix itself was reported correct.
  3. Oct28 23:24:41, first round3 attempt,98/4: review-environment/plugin failures made the review largely incomplete. This is early proof review tooling already carried execution risk, not a game-code finding. Retry at Oct29 00:00:40,95/93: F-R3-2 found an empty-history wrong mock could pass, because the gate accepted an aggregate rejection count rather than per-case discrimination. I-R3-4 warned workspace hashes could differ from the served stale build. F-R3-3 explicitly observed that analyzer fixes covered only the cited adapters, leaving sibling scripts without receipts. F-R3-4 found planner traceability still named retired code.
  4. Oct29 09:21:36, round4,96/94: F-R4-1 required explaining an intermittent reaction test failure; repeated focused/full passes were not a cause analysis. F-R4-3/5 identified chronology/count drift and sibling deployment instructions still in current voice. F-R4-4 required runID/host/command perTRX. Fake DOM did not model the Next announcer, and an earlier narrow fixture passed an ambiguous selector that failed in product DOM.
  5. Oct29 10:05:28, round5,97/95: residual failures were retained-failure analysis, exact planner/contract provenance and current-voice sibling documentation. Product bytes were unchanged since round4. The reviewer warned the two cited deployment sentences had been fixed while equivalent drift remained elsewhere; its proposed broader documentation check was still absent.
  6. Oct29 10:42:32, round6,97/95: remaining two FAILs were runID linkage between index/aggregator/producers and weak documentation discrimination (five exact forbidden sentences, omitted README/deployment plan). Unit588/PG68/browser78 and the invitation/whitespace cases had passed locally. The reviewer explicitly said no src change since1c22727. Every completed round still named staging migration012, live GitHub consent, standalone phone continuity/installation, hosted invitation/rollout and production as pending. Those delivery dependencies were not newly discovered on October31.

Pattern: fixes and their evidence were too local to the latest finding. New production/scripts/tests were not consistently carried through requirements, independent controls, exact served bytes, producer provenance, current sibling docs, publication and actual hosting. Later green runs were repeatedly used before the original failure's meaning was fully resolved. Review infrastructure defects and incomplete reviewer attendance were also recurring before the last day. This interpretation follows the contextual scope of the findings; it does not say every informational item was a release blocker, every proposed test was mandatory, or every repeat was a new product defect.

Observed last-day critical path (local CDT, UTC-05 for these times)

-10:00:17..10:14:51: frozen0e8 chain failed live-ui; preserved11-player failure. The observed repeat10:40:03..11:00:44 also failed live-ui, at15players. These failures were genuine failed acceptance evidence, not a review formatting problem. Later partial/isolated successes did not erase them. -12:23:36: cap10 current QBrain amendment receipt recorded19updated records/28changed criteria, following the user's lower-cap decision. This shows the supported final range was still being settled and propagated during the final day. The exact user message time is not derived from this receipt. -14:09:37: hosting catalog corrective result recorded the fix for the filename filter omitting014_capacity10.sql. The passing local SQL harness had loaded all SQL while the hosted planner catalog differed: another end-to-end integration gap. Earlier round2/3 planner-contract warnings were related in class, not a prior prediction of this exact digit bug. -17:05:26: privacy-only forward-publication correction receipt was written for seven nested profile-content leaves in public review exports, preserving product368and13guides. It was not a product UI fix or deployment. This was additional publication work before clean sourceS. -17:41:40..17:55:47: exact042a030 local chain passed all five lanes and four preparation steps. This included typecheck/build and unit983/PG58/browser114, normal2..10 matrix and Strict. It established local evidence, not a hosted deployment or independent acceptance. -21:39:48..21:42:33: replacement gameplay review ended with canonical DISAGREE68/52. Its complete body says requirement ACs, mappings and reports remained unread, while core10capacity code was consistent. Native exit0 was not acceptedHV. -22:46:22: first ACP load stopped before prompt (promptCount0) because the selected loaded model was not the requested Beam. Do not call that an actual Sonnet review; the controller stopped it. Subsequent explicit selection acknowledgement did not solve the full review problem. -23:06:31: retry1 stopped after one prompt; native valid multi-command ReadPage behavior conflicted with the one-command operational guard. Batch serialization/resume-effect controls then became active work. These were review-adapter defects, outside productS. -23:50:27: after successful Reload, a13-command native page batch returned13results, with9failures (eight lock sharing violations and one JSON-read race); only5full page bodies were delivered. Initial same-session fixture success did not model native detached Unix session IDs. Session-local .NET named mutex did not serialize that boundary. The later Global mutex correction was supported by actual distinct-session controls, but this discovery arrived within ten minutes of calendar midnight. -Nov1 00:18:23: final staged-profile continuation ended with canonical DISAGREE70/55. Delivery of all profile/live guidance was repaired, but the reviewer still admitted unread requirements/mappings/live-ui/strict/browser integration/migrations. This did not identify a new product defect or accept the source gate. The command chain was working better, yet it had not produced the required review outcome.

Elapsed wall clock: final exact local gate17:55:47 to calendar midnight was6:04:13; gate to final partial review00:18:23 was6:22:36; gate to68/52 review end21:42:33 was3:46:46. These are timestamp differences, not summed model runtime, person-hours, tokens, or exclusive attribution of activity. No official contest cutoff hour is invented: October31 is the operator's working deadline assumption, and this report uses the calendar transition only as a transparent comparison. Exact user urgency/stop/deploy times remain to be attached from original user records.

Scope and limits

This is a bounded reconstruction from seven Oct28/29 structured Claude verdict artifacts (including the incomplete round3attempt), selected Oct31 native chain/operational receipts, and the actual late canonical review bodies. It does not establish a complete Oct26/27 or Oct30 history; no absence of prior warnings is claimed for those dates. Historical admin_pwa_release documentation also refers to15/20/25player experiments, but their native files were not opened here, so those references are not promoted into independently verified experiment chronology. No private raw contaminated reviewer history was inspected. No token total or cost is available from these selected receipts; token/accounting work must use actual native usage or billing metadata, not character counts or wall-clock inference. Earlier Claude findings and later Cline tooling failures are preserved as different evidence classes.

Accountability inference: the deadline risk should have been escalated with an explicit shipping critical path and the operator's latest delivery direction, rather than letting open-ended review/tooling remediation silently occupy the remaining release window. Passing local UI by Oct29 and again17:55did not itself authorize bypassing an explicit gate; conversely a later agent-imposed prerequisite could not override an earlier explicit user shipment instruction. Whether that authorization had already been given, and exactly when, must be concluded from the original user timestamps, not this partial artifact timeline. No waiver is invented retrospectively.

Operational result: retrospective evidence retained; release work remains STOPPED. No game/source/requirement/release done state changed. Self-assessed accuracy98/completeness95 for this bounded reconstruction, not HV acceptance. Unknowns are exact user-message times, complete earlier history, official cutoff hour, exclusive time attribution, model token/cost totals and unreviewed hosted outcomes.
