Prerequisites

If you didn't purchase the DIY Kit, please complete the following guides first:

• Prepare Hardware
• Wiring Harness
• ExoStrap

Assemble Core

Step 1: Insert Heat Set Inserts into Bridge

• Insert 4 M4 HSI into the holes on the BOTTOM of the bridge. These are so that the ball-end strings are pressing against metal and not plastic so they hold their tune longer.
• From the underside of the bridge, insert 1 M5 HSI to the bridge adjustment screw hole. Make sure to not go too far.

Step 2: Assemble Bridge

Insert the M5x20 Screw into the Bridge Adjustment HSI

Step 2b: Glue in Piezo Mic

GENEROUSLY glue the Piezo mic into the bridge using super glue.

💡 Tip: I like to put a thick line down, put the mic in and then turn it a few times to spread the glue around.

⚠️ Warning: Make sure you plan ahead for where the wire is supposed to exit the bridge for your given wing set and make sure they're going out the right hole.
If you're not careful the 2020 can cut the wires.

Note: make sure to feed the wire from the Piezo Mic through the hole to the electronics compartment BEFORE putting any screws into the WingSet.
