Hands on setup

If you are attending a hands-on seminar on Clojure or Datomic, you should bring a laptop with the following software already installed.
- Oracle JDK 1.6 or later (make sure to get the JDK, not just the JRE)
- Editor or IDE of your choice.
- The most recent stable release of Clojure.
- The most recent stable release of Leiningen.
- The most recent release of Datomic.
If you are not already proficient with any of the editor/IDE choices above, I would recommend Clooj (limited, but super-easy to install), or Eclipse + Counterclockwise (the kitchen sink).
