I am running Firefly III version 5.0.0.

Description

After playing with Firefly for couple of weeks I managed to import and organise all my 3 years transaction history from Banktivity tool, with all tags, notes, mortgage payments, etc. That was quite a task, but I am satisfied with this tool and appreciate all the work you put in it. I decided to stick with using Firefly instead of Bankt

Describe the bug
Report Screen option "View Zero as Empty" doesn't work for "Toolkit Reports" screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'General'
  3. Enable 'Toolkit Reports'
  4. Click on 'Reports Screen'
  5. Enable 'View Zero as Empty'
  6. Go to YNAB 'Toolkit Reports' page
  7. Go to 'Income vs. Expense' tab

When creating a category, it would be useful to be able specify if an entry (expense, income) that falls undee that category should require a note or note. Users (me) have general categories under which they record one-off expenses. Forcing myself to add a note to every such entry can help with reminding me to keep track of what such expenses were actually for.

This should be easy to implement,

Expected behavior

According to my information when i want to change the budget name simply edit the budget and put the new name and then click on save button it should be change into new name

Actual behavior

when i want to edit the budget name its not working properly This option is not changing the name

Feature Request

Feature Description

This looks like an excellent project and I'd love to get it running but am unclear about what configuration steps are essential for a minimum running app using the local non-docker option. I have developed some simple Flask apps but the configurability here is a bit beyond my experience. Could you please assist?
