When creating a category, it would be useful to be able specify if an entry (expense, income) that falls undee that category should require a note or note. Users (me) have general categories under which they record one-off expenses. Forcing myself to add a note to every such entry can help with reminding me to keep track of what such expenses were actually for.

This looks like an excellent project and I'd love to get it running but am unclear about what configuration steps are essential for a minimum running app using the local non-docker option. I have developed some simple Flask apps but the configurability here is a bit beyond my experience. Could you please assist?
Currently if pdb-controller fails to add the pod disruption budgets for any reason (i.e. not enough permission to add them) we don't see this. It would be nice to implement an healthcheck endpoint that will report pdb-controller as unhealthy after a number of failed attempts.
