CDisc turns a track from the internet, or a file on the server, into a real Minecraft music disc. Put it in a jukebox and everyone nearby hears it through proximity voice chat: the closer you stand, the louder it gets.
The plugin has no sound of its own. It decodes the track on the server and plays it through Simple Voice Chat or Plasmo Voice, as if the sound came from the jukebox block. Walk away and it fades; step behind a wall and you hear it from around the corner.
