Creating Discs
/cdisc create writes a track onto the music disc in your hand. Any disc will do, vanilla ones included. From then on it is an ordinary item: carry it, trade it, store it in a chest, put it in a jukebox.
/cdisc create <link or search>
A link is written straight away. A search shows a list to pick from first.
/cdisc create https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ
/cdisc create never gonna give you up
/cdisc create sc:lofi hip hop
/cdisc create sp:daft punk one more time
/cdisc create local:rain.mp3

Links need no prefix: CDisc works out where they belong. The full list, and what each source needs, is on Sources.
The results are listed in chat: title, author and length, each line clickable. Clicking writes that track onto the disc you are holding at that moment.
- Five results by default. Ask for more with a trailing
:N, up to 10:/cdisc create yt:feel good inc:10. The tail only counts when it is a number, sonightcore: reloadedstays a query. - The list belongs to whoever searched; someone else clicking it does nothing.
- One search makes one disc. Picking uses the list up.
- After three minutes the list goes stale, and clicking it says so instead of writing a track you have forgotten about.
- A search that finds exactly one thing writes it without a list.
The disc stores the track's own address, not the query that found it, so it keeps playing what you picked even if the same search ranks something else first later.
Server owners set the default count and per-source ceilings under search in sources.yml.
The title, the author, the address of the track, and what the plugin already learned about it: its format, its length, whether it is live. The audio itself is not stored, so a disc weighs nothing; it is fetched each time it plays. To keep a copy that survives the original disappearing, save it into the music folder with /cdisc admin download.
/cdisc disc playlist <playlist link or search>
A window opens with one slot per track, 45 to a page, with arrows when there are more. Drop blank discs into the slots you want and close the window: every disc you laid out is written at once.
- Fewer discs than tracks is fine. You are told how many tracks had no disc.
- Discs that don't fit in your inventory drop at your feet.
- Only blank discs go into the slots, so nobody's music is overwritten by accident.
YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Yandex Music and VK playlists and albums all open. A plain /cdisc create with a playlist link writes the first track and points at this command.

/cdisc disc clear |
Returns the held disc, or goat horn, to its ordinary state |
/cdisc disc convert |
Turns a disc made by pv-addon-discs into a CDisc disc |
Hold a goat horn instead of a disc and /cdisc create records a short sound onto it, from any source. Blowing the horn then plays that sound from you through voice chat instead of the horn's own call.
# config.yml
