Slimefun Legacy is an unofficial, independently maintained downstream fork of Slimefun 4. It is not an official release of the original Slimefun project, Slimefun United, or the SlimefunGuguProject.
Welcome to the Slimefun Legacy Wiki. This documentation keeps the familiar organization of the classic Slimefun 4 community wiki while updating the project-specific guidance for Slimefun Legacy, current Paper servers, the Enhanced Guide, compatibility tooling, production safeguards and diagnostics.
Legacy-maintained pages take precedence. Classic item and gameplay pages that have not needed a Legacy rewrite are inherited from the original community wiki at a pinned revision and are clearly attributed under the MIT license.

Slimefun Legacy is maintained primarily for Paper 26.2 / Minecraft 26.2 on Java 25. Purpur based on the same Paper line is supported. Folia remains an experimental secondary target, and every installed addon must also be Folia-safe.
For the exact current build, use the repository's Releases page rather than relying on a version number copied into documentation.
For recipes and item availability on a particular server, the in-game Slimefun Guide is authoritative. Server owners can disable content, configuration can alter behavior, and addons can add or modify categories.
Pages inherited from the historical Slimefun 4 wiki are reference material. If an inherited page conflicts with a Legacy-maintained page, current in-game behavior, or current Slimefun Legacy release notes, the Legacy-maintained source takes precedence.
Slimefun Legacy exists because of years of work by the original Slimefun developers, addon authors, translators, testers, wiki contributors and server communities. Classic wiki material is reused from Slimefun/Wiki under its MIT license. See Upstream Wiki Attribution and Credits, Licensing & Support.
