working with the pro version of our theme

planning a documentation sprint prior to the new release, having an audit sprint prior to the documentation sprint (happening in April)
- Isle8 has gone Alpha release, working on plans to showcase in open meeting
- Isle8 Alpha needs more documentation
- Sprint at the end of April for the next three months
- trying to get more engagement from the community outside of the developers
- really focusing on the "low hanging fruit"
- Google sheet developed to assess what community wants (Danny to provide sheet)
- new nicer things to come
- after the code sprint going to assess feedback, also looking for methods to get better user feedback from users and community
- we have a new committer
- Sean Knowlton: new to the committee and inherited the seat, has some issues that would like some assistance with search issues and single sign on that their institutions developer is having. If they can't resolve the issues looking for other systems. Don suggests, reaching out to anyone and will be able to find assistance. Bethany suggests, possibly creating an official assistance network/group
- Mirko: preparing for a migration from isle 7 to 8, feeling optimistic about it
- Mike: Migration stuff and metadata, open meeting June 18th for digital collections (link to be provide by Mike). Launched an Islandora wish list to see what the community wants
- Ian: working on a migration, curious about Isle 8 able to .aifff audio format its uncompressed and group suggests using a compressed version for access copies
- Drew: From Lyrasis, supporting the Islandora 7 hosting clients
- Don: working on the install profile, wrapped up some multilingual stack and not as difficult as thought, worked on all taxonomies on a single page project.
- Brandon: defining a multisite
- Bethany: working with migration with csv and migrate plus. Interested in working with the install profile. Master name rename popped
- Amy: Working on metadata and subject taxonomies
- Rosie: lots of projects with migration lots of progress. Working on a project with nested objects, or compound object.
- Danny: working on an Islandora fact sheet, as a request for a plain language documentation
