- Drupal 6 will be released on December 17th/18th concurrently with a beta version of D7. Full D7 release to come asap afterward with documentation. David to talk to John/Mark about future of releases. Bug JGreen about packaged release week of Dec. 7th. Talk to John about Gervais's time for release updating.
- Documentation should be in a single space - Melissa to coordinate this process (organize how we should do this). Determining doxygen documentation status. Adding doxygen comments to Islandora 6 code. Melissa to report at next meeting, or via email, what plan she has and what resources she needs.
- Committers meeting should be bi-weekly rather than weekly - should be more of a show & tell. Send out a communication to the lists about the change of format after contacting Daniel Lynds UPEI Adobe Connect System.
