      • Step 2: Verified other than Drupal coding standards
      • For inclusion in release: need to verify with contributor that it has been implemented independently by at least three institutions and provide basic non-API tests
    • Islandora Creative Commons
      • Offered for inclusion in the next release

CLAW

  • Using taxonomies, default metadata profiles in PRs
    • Merge-worthy, soliciting reviews
  • CentOS work going on
  • Meeting between Islandora Board and Fedora Leaders to discuss how to promote CLAW and help out DuraSpace through Fedora 4 adoption
    • Johns Hopkins signing up as a pilot for CLAW
    • Interest from Amherst College as well
  • Migrations
    • Exploring Drupal Migration framework
    • Lots of options
    • There is a small GUI
  • Moving toward an open beta
    • Ship with 7.x migration examples
  • Fedora API spec wrapping up
    • Doing a full read through but substantive changes are done
    • Need 2 conforming implementations

  • Islandora Camp EU is going ahead, a bit low on attendees

  1. Islandora Collaboration Group (ICG) has approved upgrading to Islandora Partner level
  • The ICG has voted to contribute to the Islandora Foundation at the Partner level.
  1. ISLE Sign-Off
  • The ISLE Steering Committee (ISC), of the ICG, has voted to approve the sign-off of ISLE from Born-Digital to the ICG.
  • The ISC has named ISLE Maintainers for both Code (Ben Rosner, Barnard College) and Documentation (Mark Sandford, Colgate University) as it is a large project.
  • The ISC is working out governance issues with goals of aligning with existing Islandora processes.
  • The ISC is creating a timeline for a small refactor that will lead to us announcing an ISLE release candidate, followed by a next release that will incorporate additional features; both releases will be fully backwards-compatible.
  • The ISC is working towards contributing ISLE to Islandora Release via LSAP.
