The AD4695/AD4696 are low power, 16-channel, 16-bit, 500 kSPS/1 MSPS, multiplexed, precision SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that enables high performance data acquisition of multiple signals in a small form factor

The EVAL-AD469x-FMCZ is an evaluation board that allows the user to evaluate the features of the ADC.

Full specifications on the AD469x are available in the product data sheet, which should be consulted in conjunction with this user guide when working with the evaluation board.

Full descriptions of these products are available in their respective data sheets, which must be consulted when using the corresponding evaluation board.

Analog Devices AD469x Block Diagram

The AD4695/AD4696 are low power, 16-channel, 16-bit, 500 kSPS/1 MSPS, multiplexed, precision SAR ADCs. The AD4695/AD4696 offer valid first conversion results even after being idle for long periods of time.

The evaluation board includes an on-board 5 V reference, an ADC driver amplifier for all 16 AD469x channels, the ability to configure driver amplifiers on Channel IN0 and Channel IN1 in many common configurations, and configurable dc voltage levels for the IN2 through the IN15 channels.
