1. Pick your locale. See Locales for language support and fallback.
2. Choose how to consume CIEL.
   • OpenMRS: OCL module or SQL dump. See Release Process.
   • Mapping: map.openconceptlab.org
   • OCL API: read concepts, mappings and exports programmatically. See the OCL API documentation.
   • OCL FHIR API: read CIEL as FHIR CodeSystem, ValueSet and ConceptMap. See Using FHIR.
   • Export: download a published version from OCL.
3. Choose your content. The full terminology or a ready-made starter set. See Content.
4. Stay current. A new release is published every month.
