Statistics and usage
How long did the work take, how many tokens did the agents use, and what did it cost? You can see that on the Statistics page. At the top of the app you can also see how much of your subscriptions you've used.
Pick the period at the top: 7 days, 30 days (default) or All. Use the toggle to choose whether the charts show cost, tokens or time.
| Number | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Time | How long the agents were working |
| Agent time | The time of all steps added up |
| Tokens | Input (with the part from the cache) and output |
| Cost | What the work cost; see below |
| Steps | How many times an agent went to work |
| Goals and Tasks | How many are done and how many failed, and how long a task takes on average |
- Per day: a chart over the period;
- Per agent: Claude versus Codex;
- Per role: development, research, design, review;
- Per goal: click a goal to see its steps;
- Longest steps and Failed steps;
- Preparation (research, design, plan) and Merging and delivering.
- Claude: Claude Code reports what each step cost. Coodoo adds that up.
- Codex: Codex only reports tokens. Coodoo estimates the cost using OpenAI's API prices (fetched from a public price list, at most once a day, with a built-in list as a backup). That's why there's a ≈ in front.
Note: If you use a subscription (Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus/Pro), you don't pay per token. The cost shows what the same work would have cost through the API. Handy for comparing, but it's not a bill.
The data is in .coodoo/logs/steps.jsonl in your project.
At the top of the app, next to the status, there are two small bars per agent:
- 5h: the 5-hour block. Claude and Codex limit how much you can use within five hours.
- 7d: your usage this week.
Click them for Usage of your subscriptions. For each agent you see 5-hour block and This week, with the percentage used, the Reset (hover over it for how long it still takes), and when it was checked. Check again now fetches the latest numbers.
Coodoo checks shortly after starting, every five minutes, and after every autopilot step.
Every bar has a line: where your usage would be now if you spread it evenly over the block or the week. A week has 7 days, so about 14% belongs to each day. Halfway through the week, the line is at 50%.
- Is your usage under the line, then you'll make it through the week. The bar is blue, and the overview says Under pace. Hover over that label for the forecast, for example 23% expected now. At this speed you end at 41%.
- Is it above, the bar turns orange, the line red, and it says Above pace, with in the tooltip where you end up at this speed or when it is full.
At the bottom of Usage of your subscriptions you turn on Stay within the pace with 5u (the 5-hour block), 7d (the week), or both. When an agent your project uses goes above the line, the autopilot pauses. The step in progress continues where it was on resume. As soon as usage is back under the line (the line moves along with time), or the block or week starts over, the autopilot goes on by itself. The project's dashboard tells you why it paused. The setting goes to your other computers through coodoo-settings.
Tip: If an agent hits its limit, the autopilot waits or lets the other agent take over (with Fallback). See Autopilot.
