Configuration
Season System creates its config files in the config folder of your game or server on the first start.

- Open the files with any text editor.
- Changes are applied after a restart, or right away with
/season reloadconfig(see Commands). -
Chances from
0.0to1.0are fractions:0.25means 25 percent. Options ending in_chancewith a range of0 to 100are percent values. - Times are in ticks. 20 ticks are one second.
- Radius values are in blocks around each player.
- Values outside the allowed range are clamped to the nearest allowed value. Invalid values fall back to the default.
- Options marked (client) only change what you see and hear on your own game. Each player sets them in their own
seasonsystem.properties. All other options are decided by the server.

Season System spreads its world work over time, so more players do not cause big lag spikes. If you still need to save server time:
- Lower
winter_snow_attempts_per_playerandwinter_melt_attempts_per_player. - Raise
winter_environment_tick_interval. - Lower
crop_tick_attempts_per_player. - Lower the radius and attempt values of the plant features, or turn them off.
- Raise
temperature_effect_interval_ticks(andtemperature_effect_duration_tickswith it).
