Season Journal and HUD

The HUD

In the top left corner of the screen you see the season HUD:

• Season with icon
• Temperature in °C (coloured from cold blue to hot orange)
• Day of the season and year
• The current weather event, if there is one

Before the server has sent the calendar (for example right after joining), the HUD shows "Waiting for server sync...".

The Season Journal

Press K to open the Season Journal. The key can be changed in the Minecraft controls menu under the category Season System ("Open Season Calendar").

The Journal has three tabs:

✦ Calendar

• Current season, day, year and temperature
• A temperature bar from Cold to Hot
• How many days are left until the next season
• Forecast for today and tomorrow
• Short notes about the current season and event

A quick guide to all four seasons: what happens in each season and which weather events it can bring.

⚙ HUD

• Move the HUD with the arrow buttons (4 pixels per click)
• ◎ puts the HUD back to its default position
• Toggle HUD Overlay hides or shows the HUD
• Shows whether temperature and forecast are turned on

The position and visibility are saved in config/seasonsystem-client.properties, see Configuration#client-config.

Notifications
