DurDraw

[Unicode] [text art] (or UNSI art if you will) editor for *nix systems designed by [IndyJonez] (IndyZ), starting in 2009, featuring in addition to support of a wider [UTF-8] character set, also an expanded 256-colour palette and some intuitive animation tools as well as back-compatibility with ANSI art and ASCII art and the DurView integrated browsing/editing of the contents of the [Sixteen Colors] archive. [MC Fresher] is its most accomplished user, though he has since branched out to using the similar powerful Devottys [DarkDraw] tool because DurDraw, despite early celebration by the Linux community (it's officially packaged in the Debian repository! This makes it very easy to find and get running), is currently unsupported by its author (though open source!)
