Small town big thing poetry supergroup in and around the [Vancouver] area circa the mid to late '90s, consisting of [Steve "SR" Duncan], James P. McAuliffe, Andrew Lithgow and Rodney DeCroo, who rather than having a unified principle running through their work simply collectively found that booking events and getting interest in their writing was more achievable as a small crew rather than as four disparate individuals. Unlike their flashier avant-garde performance poetry colleagues in AWOL Love Vibe, this quiet group of four hairy young men (once subject to being the cover story of an issue of the Terminal City free weekly newspaper -- it was a more literate, more poetry-loving time) consisted more of calm recitation of [page poetry].
