Raid frames: Debuffs

The most important dispellable debuff, as an icon in the center or a square in a corner, the cell tinted or bordered in its type's color (the border lies inside the cell and follows rounded corners; tint and border combine), and a row that shows every debuff (the one in the center may appear there too). Hidden auras: spells this size leaves out of the debuff row and the corner indicators, together with the unit frames' list for everywhere (General > Appearance); on your group the game hides debuffs only for spells it never keeps secret.

The Debuffs tab of the raid options window (/fuf raid), under a raid size in the top bar (General | 10 | 20 | 40 | Profiles). Each raid size (10, 20, 40) has a profile of its own: the size picked at the top is the one you edit; a default that differs per size is listed per size.
