Raid Tools

Raid frames: Tools

The raid tools bar, in place of Blizzard's raid manager: where it is and which tools it holds.

The Tools tab of the raid options window (/fuf raid), under General in the top bar (General | 10 | 20 | 40 | Profiles). Its settings belong to the character, not to a raid size: they are the same at every size.

A tool shows only to those who may use it (in test mode to everyone).

On this page: The bar · Tools on it · Folding the bar · Who may use which tool

Folding the bar

Docked or free, a handle on the bar's left edge folds it out and in; folded in, only the handle shows. /fuf tools and a right-click on the raid minimap button do the same, from anywhere (nothing happens while the bar does not show). The bar is a protected frame: in combat the fold waits for the end of combat, and the chat says so. Folding is not a setting a template or its Undo touches.

Who may use which tool

Each tool shows only to those who may use it, as Blizzard's raid manager decides; in test mode everything shows. In a raid, while everyone is an assistant, everyone counts as an assistant.
