The name and the second line in the middle of each cell: their colors and fonts.
The Text tab of the raid options window (/fuf raid), under a raid size in the top bar (General | 10 | 20 | 40 | Profiles). Each raid size (10, 20, 40) has a profile of its own: the size picked at the top is the one you edit; a default that differs per size is listed per size.
