Phase 2 added the Settings page where you customize the app.
- Theme: Choose Light, Dark, or Match Windows. Press Ctrl+Shift+D to toggle between Light and Dark.
- Text size: Pick a comfortable size for interface labels and menus.
- Density: Choose Compact, Normal, or Spacious to adjust spacing and button sizes.
- Shortcuts: Choose a shortcut set. The default is Open Note shortcuts. The OneNote set keeps your habits if you switch from OneNote.
Changes take effect immediately. Switching themes keeps your place on the page and your scroll position.
Windows contrast themes override the Light and Dark choices. If your PC has high contrast enabled, OpenNote uses those colors instead.
The About tab shows the current version and whether an update is available or ready to install.
- Getting started for first-run setup.
- Keyboard shortcuts for the available shortcuts.
