These shortcuts are available now. Open the shortcut list in the app with Ctrl+/ to see all of them, and change any in Settings.
Everything in OpenNote works without a mouse. The command palette (Ctrl+K) offers every action, and you can assign your own shortcuts.
Setup offers a "OneNote" shortcut set, so people who switch keep their habits. Where the two sets clash, the OneNote set keeps OneNote's meaning, and the shortcut list shows where the other command went. Ctrl+K works the same in both: it adds a link when text is selected, and opens the command palette otherwise.
| Shortcut | What it does |
|---|---|
| Ctrl+K | Opens the command palette, or adds a link when text is selected |
| Ctrl+/ | Shows the shortcut list |
| Ctrl+O | Quick switcher: find a page by name |
| Ctrl+N | New page |
| Ctrl+Shift+D | Toggle dark mode |
More shortcuts are coming with later phases. See Roadmap and status.
