Summary and mode

The top cards summarize detected, ready, blocked and selected rows. Safe Mode controls whether eligible ordinary folders are quarantined or permanently deleted. It does not override safety blocks.

Section badges count the rows shown for that section and their state. Search/filter/view state can affect visibility; inspect your selection and preview instead of assuming a visible count is the total amount to be removed.

Result columns

Last used / Last modified	Folder modification timestamp; not proof of last application use
Size	Calculated folder size when available; unknown/failed calculations are not an empty folder
Path	Candidate path, which may be a user-share view of physical storage
Source	Discovery/template badges, plus storage badges such as ZFS dataset
Detection reason	Concise reason the folder or dataset appeared
Actions	Details and applicable ignore/restore controls

Dev 2026.09.19.13+: “Last used” is renamed Last modified to reflect the actual directory timestamp. It does not measure the most recent modification of every descendant file. Details includes the exact timestamp.

Sections and Details

Ready candidates, exact ZFS datasets, blocked/unverified rows and ignored items are presented according to their state. Sections without applicable rows may be hidden.

Details explains the candidate's path, template evidence, specific container references, broad access, safety reason and applicable ZFS information. Broad access belongs here rather than being repeated beside every Source badge. See Detection and Ownership.

Finding and selecting rows

Use search and sort to narrow review. Available bulk-selection presets include Ready rows, Discovery only, ZFS-backed, and Older than 90 days. Presets select eligible matching rows; they do not unlock blocked or ignored rows. Age is the folder timestamp, not a retention policy or proof of abandonment.

Use Clear selection to reset. Always inspect the dry-run selection before cleanup. Saved views are browser preferences, not server-side safety rules; see History and Ignored Items.

Action bar

Appdata Sources, Show Quarantine, History, saved-template cleanup and Tools open their respective managers. Help explains the basic workflow. Dialogs can be reopened without changing the underlying safety rules. The sticky selection controls expose preview and the currently available cleanup action.
