Does removing a Docker container remove its appdata?

Not necessarily. Appdata and saved templates may remain. The plugin helps review leftovers; it does not assume all retained data should be removed.

Is Ready a guarantee?

No. It means current plugin checks permit cleanup. You decide whether the data is still useful.

Why does a stopped container protect data?

It remains installed and its configured mounts may be used when it starts again.

Why does a backup/file-manager mount not always block?

A mount strictly above all containing appdata sources is broad access, not specific ownership. A mount of the source itself or a path inside it remains protective.

Can I force-delete a blocked row by turning Safe Mode off?

No. Hard safety and incomplete-ownership blocks remain.

Does quarantine free space or create a backup?

Normally no. It moves a folder on storage. Independent backups protect against storage failure; purge frees removable data permanently.

Can I restore after permanent deletion or purge?

The plugin provides no undo for those actions. Recovery would depend on independently prepared backups or external recovery facilities.

Can an exact ZFS dataset be quarantined?

No. It requires the dataset destruction workflow and cannot use folder restore.

Does a ZFS mapping move data?

No. It helps resolve the physical dataset behind a share path.

Does archive template delete appdata or uninstall a container?

No. It backs up and removes the eligible saved template file. Restoring it does not install/start a container.

Does default retention apply only to newly quarantined items?

No. Existing records that follow the default can be updated too. Explicit manual schedules are preserved.

Does Safe Mode cancel scheduled purge?

No. Manage those schedules in Quarantine.

What does Restore mean in the ignored section?

Remove the ignore designation. File recovery is the separate Quarantine restore action.

Why are dates and sizes different across languages?

Formatting follows locale. Folder timestamps do not prove last application use.

Are all translations professionally reviewed?

No. Catalogs are machine translated with structural and flow tests; native-speaker corrections are welcome.

Can I automate arbitrary deletes through the endpoint?

The web endpoint is an internal authenticated/session-scoped UI interface, not a supported unrestricted public deletion API.

What does uninstall preserve?

The removal script does not explicitly delete separate quarantine directories, but it removes plugin configuration, tracking, history and template backups. Preserve what you need first.
