Restart Galaxy

Check system status and restart Galaxy

Short instruction for monitoring system activity and restarting
Galaxy using the latest Ansible install.

Check if Galaxy.service is running:
systemctl status galaxy

Restart Galaxy:
sudo systemctl restart galaxy.service

sudo is required for restart, which means Bioinformatics can only
restart Galaxy Development (not Production)
