Tool menu

The tool panel is created with the following file:
/home/galaxy/galaxy/config/tool_conf.xml

Within this file there's a section Naturalis tools:
<section id="naturalis" name="Naturalis tools">

The order of tools in this section is identical to that of the tool pane.
Tools not in this section won't be visible. The name displayed in the tool
pane is defined in the first line of the tools' xml file.

Changes in the tool panel (tool_conf.xml) require a
restart of Galaxy.

Changes in the .xml files of tools (such as the Blastdbs in
galaxy-tool-Blast) are shown immediately.
