Workflows

Any History in Galaxy can be saved as a Workflow.
History options --> Extract Workflow
To be added to existing worklows
All workflows --> Update or Import workflow

A convenient example is the 'make-otu-table' workflow.
After modifying the .sh file, all seven options (Dada2, Usearch -2x,
Vsearch -4x) had to be tested. Now, simply invoking this worklfow
tests all seven options with a single click.

Note: This workflow starts with zipping a merged and trimmed fastq file.
(make-otu-table requires input to be in zip format). Make sure your input
is in the same format (ie. skip the first step of this workflow if you start
with a zip file).

Step scheduling: "Loading step state summary.."
Job execution: "Loading job summary"
Try restarting galaxy.
