Full or Headless
AntiHunter comes in two builds. Both run the same detectors. They differ in how you control the node and how much radio footprint it has.
| Full | Headless | |
|---|---|---|
| Control | Web UI, HTTP API, serial, mesh | Serial, mesh |
| Results | Results tab and /last_results.txt on SD |
/last_results.txt on SD |
| Scheduled scans | Yes | Yes, once the clock is set |
| Radio footprint | Access point beacons, unless hidden | None |
Flash Full when you want the web UI and the HTTP API, and you can reach the node's Wi-Fi access point. It is the easiest to set up and to read.
Flash Headless when you want the smallest radio footprint, so the node has no access point to find. You control it over the mesh or over USB serial. Set its clock from GPS or over the mesh before scheduled scans will run.
The build is set when you flash. To switch, reflash the node with the other build from the Web Flasher. Your settings are stored on the node; flashing with Erase device on clears them and makes a new erase key.
