Buy a node ready to run, buy a kit to assemble, or build one from parts. No tier comes with AntiHunter installed; you flash it yourself. See Flash a node.
The store sells nodes at four tiers.
| Tier | What's included | What you supply |
|---|---|---|
| Bare PCB (note) | One empty board | All parts, soldering, radio setup, a FAT32 SD card |
| Soldered Core PCB (note) | Board with all parts soldered, 8 GB card, radio configured, whip antennas | 5 V power, optional enclosure and antennas |
| Parts Kit (note) | Every part loose, except the GPS antenna and batteries | Assembly, radio setup, two 18650 cells, GPS antenna |
| Assembled (note) | Built and tested, with card, GPS antenna, and configured radio | Two 18650 cells |
The core of a node is:
- A Seeed XIAO ESP32-S3 (8 MB flash or more), or a XIAO ESP32-C5 for 2.4 and 5 GHz
- A Meshtastic board: Heltec V3.2 (recommended) or T114
- A GPS module, SD card, vibration sensor, and real-time clock
The full parts list, the pinout, and the enclosure files are on Hardware and BOM.
Important
Use a regulated 5 V supply. Unregulated batteries cause voltage instability.
Use the DIGI node (ESP32-S3) for the stable 2.4 GHz build. Use the DIGI C5 for 2.4 and 5 GHz, which is in testing. The RadarNode adds a 24 GHz radar.
