A node is an ESP32 board on the AntiHunter PCB with a Meshtastic radio and a few peripherals. Buy one ready to run, or build it from the parts here. See Choose your hardware for the tiers.
- Seeed XIAO ESP32-S3 (8 MB flash or more), or XIAO ESP32-C5 for 2.4 and 5 GHz
- Meshtastic board: Heltec V3.2 (recommended) or T114
- GPS module
- SD card (FAT32)
- Vibration sensor (SW-420)
- Real-time clock (DS3231)
Important
Use a regulated 5 V supply. Unregulated batteries cause voltage instability.
The DIGI node page has the XIAO ESP32-S3 pinout. The DIGI C5 page and ESP32-C5.md have the C5 pinout, which uses the same pads with different GPIO numbers.

A node has three antennas: Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, LoRa, and GPS. Attach all three before you power on. Running the LoRa transceiver without a matched antenna can damage it.
