See #549. I haven't fully investigated, but I'm pretty sure /mode -o doesn't do what's expected, in particular it probably leaves client.oper intact and you'll keep getting snomasks.

So, MODE -o mynick should remove the o mode together with all snomasks and operator privileges, and we should possibly add a DEOPER command that does the same thing.

This project is investigating the use of various machine learning techniques with various gesture recognition devices to recognise gestures from the South African Sign Language alphabet.
