Admiral Manager

Open this manager by right-clicking your player nation in the main window and choosing Admiral Manager.

This manager is available only for the player nation. Change Admiral name and Prestige, choose Apply, then save from the main window.

It edits the player admiral rather than the full roster of naval officers.
