Installs two small files, all.brf and softaccess.brf, from BRouter 1.7.10's source under /usr/local/share/hammunition/data/brouter-mapcreator-profiles/. Nothing reads them but brouter-segments, which passes them to BRouter's map creator when it builds your routing files.
BRouter's map creator needs them to decide which roads and paths go into the routing files, and BRouter's release zip does not carry them.

None known. They are map-creation filters, not routing profiles, and are deliberately kept out of the profile directory QMapShack lists.

- Bumped with
brouter: pin the new tag's commit in both URLs, download both files, measure their sha256 and size, and bumpversion.
