Coal / charcoal + water → right-hand shaft.
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Stack size | 64 |
| Internal fluid capacity | 100 L |
| Placement | Place from the hotbar |
Make this item using the crafting or processing recipes below.
Supply coal/charcoal and water manually, or use rear Item Pipe fuel input and Fluid Pipe water input on any face. Use a selected Wrench to set blue input arrows. Its right-hand mechanical shaft must still meet an Alternator. See Pipes and Electricity. Item Pipe supplies coal or charcoal only through the back, relative to placement rotation. Water pipes can enter any face.
Opening its controls shows a matching illustration and name in the left panel. See Machine interfaces.
Running means shaft power, not electricity. This boiler has no electrical output and continues consuming fuel and water even without an alternator or electrical demand. Place a separate Alternator immediately on its right, facing the same direction, with shafts meeting. Connect Power Cable to the alternator. See why Running can still mean zero electricity, with an actual missing-alternator example.
Edit ITEM PRIORITY in this receiver’s interface to control pipe delivery. Higher values receive first; equal values round-robin among compatible destinations. See Item-pipe routing.
