##Communication Communication in game will be done over a global chat where everyone can freely chat to other players as long as they are on the same side. Various Chat regions (i.e. open only to squads within own Captain's radius, Captain only, Squad only) are also being planned. ##Turn Lengths ###Squad Leaders Squad Leaders will have turn lengths of 5 minutes IRL. This allows squad leaders to easily finish executing their turns within that time frame while keeping them engaged to the game. Squad Leaders will control 5 to 10 basic ponies in skirmish. ###Captains Captains will have turn lengths of 20 mins IRL with updates every 5 minutes. He/she will be able to use skill/powers (e.g. buffs that last one squad’s turn) to assist squads should they need them, but they will have limited use. Captains will control 1 captain pony in skirmish. ###Commanders/Generals Commanders will have hour-long turns, with updates every 20 minutes. They will also be able to lay down blueprints for squads to build and use any facilities that squads have already constructed. Like Captains, they will also receive skills/powers that can only be used periodically. Commanders will control 1 commander pony and 9 unrevivable royal guards.

Getting Knocked out: "Dying/Death"

Upon a player's defeat (i.e all ponies directly under their control knocked out), they will automatically be sent to the closest allied hospital to recover.

Going Offline

When a player goes offline, his/her captain can take control of that squad and issue basic orders (i.e. move here, stay there) with limited AI controlling individual units. Alternatively, before a player goes offline they can stack future orders that will be carried out when they are not online.
