Buff (bəf)	Any positive perk bonus that is bestowed upon a unit or more than one unit
Debuff (debəf)	A term used to describe any negative perk detriment that is bestowed upon a unit or more than one unit
Perk (pərk)	Any bonus/detriment to an individual’s base stats or additional ability.
