General Plotting

Rahil Taujale edited this page Apr 6, 2020 · 10 revisions

Data visualization is a critical component of high-resolution NMR data analysis. Several different types of plots are generated in our workflows. This list (in progress) lists these in one location for convenience.

Plotting 1D Spectra

Plotting 2D Spectra

A nifty function to generate visually distinct discrete color palette: distinguishable_colors

Chemical shift referencing

Assessing spectral alignment results

Check for variance across samples (as in Do we need to normalize them?): varcheck

Spectral feature selection/extraction workflows

Projecting Features or Bins/Buckets onto NMR spectra

Boxplots for spectral features

STOCSY analysis results

Heatmaps for spectral features

Scores plots from group separation workflows

Loadings plots from group separation workflows

Visualizing CIVM-type or time-series data in stackplots
