segment2D

Segments 2D NMR spectra into peaks. Produces a mask defining peak boundaries ('label' matrix).

Graphical representation?

Known bugs: no known bugs, but overlapping ROIs (regions of interest) are not allowed (they are simply overwritten)

Typical next steps: segment2D_2_TopSpin_bounds, fine-tuning in TopSpin, drawing/fine-tuning in rNMR, HATS
