ridgeCorrection

Description: Wrapper function for applying common ridge corrections: ridge_tracing_pruneRidge, ridge_tracing_fillGaps, getAdjacentTrajectories_simpler, adjustRidge. Also ensures resulting ridges are sorted by time, and makes a copy of each ridge with ridge ends padded by zero values.
