combineRidges(Samples,compoundList,samples,sampleKey)

This function will convert the sample data structure into a compound data structure. Used to simplify the next step (such as plotting). If you are running functions/workflows from HRMAS folder use this function; If you are running functions/workflows in ridge_tracking folder, run combineRidges_new
