refineBuckets

Description: Interactive function for manually refining buckets produced in the modified opt_bucket automatic bucketing pipeline, giving the user the option to delete, add, split, combine, and redraw buckets to modify them.

Known bugs: Undo/redo capabilities are still under development and may not be reliable in some contexts. Delete (d) then add (a) buckets manually is safer.
