fillRegions

Description: Generates a cell array containing indices that span each region of interest in a list provided. Also generates a list of the indices included as an ordered, concantenated vector, along with a vector containing the corresponding feature number for each element. To call for a list of buckets (ppm units), use matchPPMs to first convert the ROI boundaries to ppm vector indices.
