• Domain Selection: The team agreed to focus on the Campus-Neighborhood Mentorship Network to bridge the gap between students and local retirees.
• Wiki Setup: Decided on a unified sidebar format with a collapsible "Team Members" section to meet lab requirements.
• Project Lead/Communicator: [Add Name] was selected as the primary point of contact for TAs/Instructors.

• Wiki Initialization: Successfully created the Home, _Sidebar, and basic layout pages.
• Personal Wiki Pages: All 8 team members created their professional profiles, including bios, skills, and photos.
• Elicitation: Drafted 10 key questions to identify the needs of mentors and mentees.
• Initial Requirements: Defined three core functional and non-functional requirements for the platform.
