💬 Discussion

• Holiday Impact: It was noted that due to "Ramazan Bayramı", several team members are unavailable. To ensure everyone can celebrate and rest, the workload for this week has been intentionally kept light.
• Project Structure: It was agreed to use a monorepo approach with /backend and /frontend directories to keep the docker-compose.yml at the root for easy orchestration.
• Authentication: Discussed using JWT for stateless authentication. Decided that "Mentor" and "Mentee" roles will be the primary focus for the user model.
• Documentation: Swagger/OpenAPI will be integrated from day one to ensure the frontend team can easily consume backend endpoints.
