1. Reviewing the Teaching Assistant's feedback regarding Lab 3 Use Case Diagrams.
2. Addressing and fixing deficiencies in subgroup diagrams (Diagrams 1, 2, and 3).
3. Refining and improving the Final Use Case Diagram based on updated requirements.
4. Completing the Lab 4 Pre-lab task: Finalizing the elementary class design.
5. Evaluating the recent stakeholder meeting and assessing general project progress.

💬 Discussion

• Diagram 1 Feedback: We discussed the TA's note regarding missing relationship keywords. We identified specific lines that require "include" or "extend" labels to clarify the logic of the system.
• Diagram 2 Feedback: The discussion focused on increasing the level of detail. We agreed that actions like "Sending Messages" or "Accepting/Refusing Mentees" must explicitly show the triggering of notifications to reflect a realistic system flow.
• Final Use Case Diagram: We brainstormed how to integrate the feedback from all three subgroups into the final version, ensuring a cohesive representation of the Mentorship Platform.
• Lab 4 Pre-lab Preparation: The team discussed the transition to the design phase. We identified the core "elementary classes" (User, Mentor, Mentee) and their initial attributes/methods needed for the upcoming Class Diagram.
• Stakeholder Meeting Evaluation: We reviewed the notes from our stakeholder interview. The feedback was positive, and we confirmed that our current requirements align with the stakeholder's vision for the platform.

⚖️ Decisions

• Group Use Case Diagrams: Use Case Diagrams 1, 2, and 3 will be updated immediately to reflect the TA's specific corrections.
• Final Use Case Diagram: The Final Use Case Diagram will be enhanced to include the missing notification logic and structural changes.
• Lab 4 Prelab: For the Lab 4 Prelab, we will finalize a set of "elementary classes" that define the basic architecture of the mentorship project.
