- Analyzing our Teaching Assistant's first feedback to Lab 1.
- Reviewing progress on GitHub Project and issue tracking.
- Finalizing the elicitation questions for the project domain.
- Discussing the transition from "In Progress" to "Waiting For Review" states.
- Reviewing the current wiki structure and personal lab report pages.
- Planning the upcoming milestone deliverables.
- GitHub Management & Workflow: The team discussed the successful initialization of the GitHub Project (#13). We agreed that the current task stages (Todo, In Progress, Waiting for Review, Done) are working well. The "Waiting for Review" state was emphasized as a critical step for quality assurance before closing tasks.
- Elicitation Questions: We reviewed the status of Issue #14 regarding elicitation questions. The team noted that all questions must be open-ended and requirement-focused to ensure we gather high-quality data from stakeholders, aligning with TA feedback.
- Team Synergy & Documentation: Positive feedback was shared regarding the collaboration on labels and project structure. We confirmed that personal wiki pages for lab reports are being initialized by all members to maintain documentation standards.
- Timeline: We discussed the goals for the first month leading up to the first milestone. The priority is to polish requirements, refine the UI design, and prepare the core codebase.
- Decision 1: All tasks must follow the designated flow: Todo -> In Progress -> Waiting for Review -> Done.
- Decision 2: Elicitation questions will be strictly open-ended to meet project acceptance criteria.
- Decision 3: Use of Priority tags (Low, Mid, High) is mandatory for all new and existing issues.
