• Milestone Review: The team reviewed the current milestone scope. Completed tasks were acknowledged and remaining items were assessed in terms of effort and deadline feasibility.

• Development Updates: Each present member shared their individual progress. Backend foundational setup (Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Docker) was confirmed to be in progress. Frontend initial scaffolding has been initiated.

• Authentication Flow: Progress on the JWT-based authentication was discussed. The Mentor/Mentee role model is being implemented as planned.

• Swagger Integration: OpenAPI documentation setup is underway and expected to be completed before the next meeting to unblock the frontend team.
