The project as it stands, is estimated to take 114 days, which is a little over the mid point estimated (87 to 127 days) and finish in mid November.

As it stands, as the Gantt shows, each of the tasks have been very tightly estimated with not much room for getting it done any quicker in terms of time allocated or the deadline. If we do need to aim to finish at the lower end of the estimate, we would need to start looking at reducing the scope of the edit interface.
