Record of the meeting

  • Runner Demo Video and Container Strategy

    • Test runner demo - for John to review.
    • The test runner will be run in a new, lean container in QA and in Cottage labs, when needed

  • Clearing EMLO Front Tasks from Inbox

    • Done.
    • Most were closed and two have been re-labelled as EMLO Front 2.

  • Generating a List of Tiny URLs

    • This task has been moved to John's active list. John will try to retreive the list of all tiny URLs

  • Tasks ready for testing

    • There are 10 issues waiting to be deployed. Once deployed, AR will test and pass on to Millie (by early next week)

  • Comment Form Email Recipient

    • John to check the email address to whcih the comments go to. John suggested the comments likely go to either a history project account or Miranda's old email.
    • It was agreed that John should temporarily change the recipient to Millie until Miranda returns.

  • Handling of Old "Valid Question?" Issues

    • The five tickets labeled "valid?" were tickets from our early work. Cottage Labs will need to check if they are still valid and need to be resolved.

  • Data Export of catalogs

    • The team confirmed that the original plan to allow contributors to export catalogs directly was not feasible due to permission issues. The revised plan is a scheduled, six-monthly data export into ORA, starting with the Bodleian card catalog and archiving data from the networking archives project.

  • Rationalizing About and Contributor Pages

    • John noted an outstanding issue with EMLO Front regarding two sets of "About" and "Contributor" pages with similar content, accessible via different link routes (portal and EMLO). John intends to rationalize the content to reside solely on the EMLO portal to facilitate easier updates by Miranda and Millie.

  • Deployment testing. The latest code needs to be deployed for testing - John
  • Confirm the email address that receives comments from EMLO and change it to Millie until Miranda is back - John
  • Test issues that have been fixed and assign them to Millie - Anusha
