Record of the meeting

  • Got an OXCert alert with unusual traffic in EMLO using XML rps. Was investigating this alert. The EMLO portal uses this. We don’t use the XML RPC route for EMLO front integration, but the JSON API.

  • Working on the Red Hat update

  • Talked about the priority issues and the work happening with the tickets waiting to be tested and waiting to be deployed. The developers will be working on the priority issues first, and then work on the other issues assigned to them.

  • Millie has added 2 new issues with page loading errors in EMLO front. We will also need to prioritise this work. I have added the priority label to these.

  • Miranda is back next week. We will not be meeting (Bodleian and CL) next week, and will meet again on May 14th.

Actions

  • Block xml rpc in word press and also the route in NGinx - JP
  • Test as many issues as possible from test and deploy to test and pass it on - AR
  • Look at all issues labelled EMLO edit 2, and make sure the label is correct. Many are issues to be fixed in EMLO edit. Change them appropriately - AR
